Lavender Neck Wrap
  • The scent of the lavender will help reduce the stress on your neck and shoulders.  The flaxseeds are soothing and calming and it is great for reducing your headaches.  It’s relaxing and will help with insomnia.  The heat will reduce pain and inflammation and boost circulation and blood flow to the area where you’re experiencing pain.  



    • To heat, simply place it in the microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds on each side and let it cool for a few seconds before use.   Enjoy the aroma scented therapy of the neck wrap.   It is good to wrap it around a large portion of your neck and extends all the way down to your upper back.  
    • To cool, leave it in the freezer for one to two hours before use in a clean clear bag.
